NOW IT’S EASIER THAN EVER!

To make your pledge payments, that is!  We have joined the high tech world and can now accept your authorization to automatically draft your account to make your contributions to the Little Chapel.  All you need to do is pick up a form outside the church office, complete it and deliver it to Laura Williams, our bookkeeper, with a voided check.  The drafts will begin the following month.  Your drafts will appear on your bank account statement identified as LTLCHAPEL, and your contributions will be reported on your periodic contribution statement from the church.

Charges on Church Accounts

            If you make any charges on church accounts at local stores, it is important that receipts be turned in to Joan Denney, our Bookkeeper.

            When requesting reimbursement for an “out of pocket” expense, please complete a check request form and attach the receipt.  The receipt/form should be properly marked as to the person making the purchase and for what committee, in order that payment may be made from the correct account.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

            The green check request forms are located on the shelf outside the church office.
