We are preparing the Flower Calendar for Sundays from November 2006 through October 2007. The price per vase is $30.00. You may choose to fill one or two vases on the Sunday of your choice. The flowers can be for memorials, anniversaries, birthdays, or any special occasion you choose. Almost all Sundays are available except for the following Sundays: December 17, December 24, and December 31, 2006, when we will be using pots of poinsettias and Sunday, April 8, 2007, when we will be using Easter lilies. Requests for the poinsettias and lilies will be made prior to those dates.
Please fill out the form on the back with your requests. As in the past we will honor these requests in the order in which they are received, so please give this your prompt attention. Once we receive your form and check your request will be posted on the flower calendar. You may mail the form and check marked “Flower Fund” to the church office or put them in the offering plate.
Unless you request otherwise, the Congregational Care Committee will deliver the flowers to shut-ins as well as to nursing homes and the hospital.
Thank you for your support of this program. As you can tell not only are the flowers used to beautify our sanctuary on Sunday mornings but are enjoyed throughout the week by our members who cannot be with us for worship. Please complete this form and mail or return to the Church Office with your check as soon as possible to ensure your choice of dates.

For each Sunday you request, please enclose your check for $30.00 (per vase that you choose to fill) payable to the Little Chapel on the Boardwalk. Be sure to mark it “Flower Fund.”
