Committee Description Worship... Worship services are held at the Little Chapel each Sunday morning at 10:00 AM. Sunday School for all ages, is held at 9:00 AM. Nursery care is available during the service, and each service contain a children's message. Communion is served regularly and at special times throughout the year. Each Sunday service is recorded, and the audio CDs are available from the church office. Current Month's Activities
The Use Of The Chancel For Non-Worship Activities
The Church Session gave the Worship Committee the responsibility to consult with any group or individual planning an event in the sanctuary that might include the use of the chancel area. The concern of the Session is in part for the chancel furniture: pulpit, lectern, communion table, piano and organ. The possibility of damage to these items increases each time the furniture has to be moved. In addition, there is a certain sanctity about this space that it is felt needs to be maintained as much as possible. While clearly there are times when the furniture must be moved, the Worship Committee will be encouraging uses of the sanctuary that may not require moving the furniture. Sometimes the use of other areas, such as the narthex or fellowship hall, may be utilized.
Nametag Reminder! We ask that you please remember to wear your church nametag on Sunday mornings and at all church functions. This will also help us to continue to get to know each other!
Brunch Fourth Sunday After 10:00 Service Join us for a time of fellowship and great food.
CD's of each of our worship services are available from the church office. Worship bulletins and sermons from the previous Sunday are mailed to members unable to attend worship on a regular basis. (If you would like to be put on the list, please call the church office 256-2819 or e-mail to info@littlechapel.org Sunday announcements and information about the upcoming Sunday services are e-mailed to members and friends wishing to receive them each Thursday? Please contact the church office (256-2819) if you are interested in donating flowers for a Sunday. You may choose to fill either one or two vases. The cost is $30.00 per vase. Flower Request Form If you want to recognize someone with flowers
